Policies
Once we receive a positive confirmation of a litter, everyone on the wait list will then receive an email. When the litter arrives, clients on waitlist will be notified via email. We maintain a waitlist and a reservation list. The waitlist is sorted by the date of the puppy application. Once puppies are 5 weeks old we will contact everyone on the waitlist in order to see if you would like to be placed on the reservation list for that current litter. At that time you will pay the non-refundable deposit of $250. This deposit will hold your place for a puppy in the current litter. Responses are required within 48 hours to confirm if you'd like to be placed on the reservation list for the current litter or wait for a future litter. Clients will remain on our wait list list until you take one of our puppies home or asked to be removed. This is a no obligation wait list. It is absolutely free!

Here's why we can't
Newborn puppies, like a human baby, are solely dependent on the limited immunity provided by their mom at birth & during nursing.
The opportunity for young puppies to pick up infectious diseases and parasites is increased with every new contact/ exposure.
An entire litter of puppies can be wiped out within 48 hours by the parvo virus. This disease could be picked up unknowingly by people in someone’s yard. Walking in a store, or on a sidewalk. Most illnesses and diseases are innocently carried on people shoes and clothing.
We cannot risk exposing our dogs and your puppy to diseases that could destroy them.
You're a puppy is not the only puppy we are responsible for. By protecting all of our puppies from stress and diseases that could be brought on by visitors, we are protecting your puppy.
We feel it is irresponsible if we allowed is someone to visit and they happen to bring in stress or illness that could potentially cause us to lose the entire litter and you to lose your future puppy.
We know it's exciting and you are anxious to meet your new companion, so we are happy to schedule video sessions to see your puppy live in in action!
Reservations List
The reservation list opens once the puppies are 5 weeks old. The reservation list is open to the people on the wait list first. To be placed on the reservation list it will be a $250 non-refundable deposit. Payment must be received before being placed on the reservation list. The deposit goes toward the total amount of the puppy. We will also schedule the date, time, and location to pick up your puppy.
Puppy Selection
Selections are in the order of the reservation list between 7-8 weeks. Once puppies are 6 weeks you will be asked to schedule a appointment to pick your puppy. The appointment will be during the puppies 7 week and done over Video chat. At this time I will go over the puppy evaluations of the available puppies.
Puppy Go Home Day
Puppies go home at 8 weeks old. We will meet according to our prior arrangements. We set aside 3-4 days for puppy go home day. We offer delivery options for additional charge. Please contact us for a quote. If you are unable to meet during puppy go home week please notify us as soon as possible. Additional fee may apply.
